It seems that you'll probably see the mood theme of the person making the post on your reading page, I can't find any settings to fix that, if you visit the entry's page or the imzy community though you will see the Imzysaurus mood icons!

So is the mood theme not available to use? I went to customize my journal and it's not on the list of publicly available sets.

Custom mood themes have to be manually set up for each journal/community that wants to use them. Here's the photobucket album that I've uploaded them to, you can then just go here to create your own Imzy theme :)

Luckily you only have to do about 15 or so, as the rest just copy from there, though some of the "same" emotions are slightly odd choices ^^'
